What to include
A little detail helps us respond faster. If you can, mention:
- The page you were on (for example, the translator or a specific guide).
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- Your browser and device, if the issue looks technical.
- The exact text or Morse code you entered, if a translation looked wrong.
Quick answers before you write
Many questions are already covered, and these are the fastest ways to get an answer:
- A translation looks wrong? Try it in the translator and compare it with the Morse code chart. Both use the same International Morse Code mapping, so they always agree. Also check your spacing — a single space separates letters and a slash ( / ) separates words.
- The audio won't play? The sound is generated in your browser. Make sure your device isn't muted and that your browser allows audio, then press play again.
